We gather the leaders of all Conant divisions together weekly for the purpose of integrating separate efforts of authority, sharing best practices and seeking creative ways to use our resources crossfunctionally.
Also, we have been using work teams to shorten new product development cycles; to implement demand flow manufacturing to shorten deliver cycles to customers and reduce inventory; and to encourage innovation in all business process.
